Technological achievements

  • Sinocat has applied for a total of 134 patents, 94 domestic invention patent applications, of which 47 have been granted;A total of 10 PCT applications and 6 European and American patents (of which 2 applications have been granted);24 domestic utility model patent applications, of which 23 have been granted.

  • The patent of "High Performance Low Precious Metal Three-way Catalyst" has been awarded the 15th Excellence Award of China Patent, 

    the Third Prize of Sichuan Province Patent Award and the Silver Prize of Chengdu Patent.

  • The patent of "Low Cerium Content Oxygen Storage Material and Its Preparation Method" won Excellence Award of Chengdu Patent.

  • "A Catalyst for Exhaust Gas Treatment of Lean-burn Natural Gas Vehicles and its Preparation Method" has been awarded the Third Prize of Sichuan Province Patent Award.

  • R&D Team & Technical Capabilities


    The Company possesses a professional R&D team of domestic and foreign well-known experts, doctors and masters in the catalyst field, as well as several scientific research workstations, such as the post-doctoral research station. It has experts who enjoy the government special allowance of the State Council, talents of "Ten Thousand Talents Program" of Ministry of Science and Technology and talents from "One Thousand Talents Program" of Sichuan Province. Since 2009, the company has successively hosted, and undertaken 10 major national science and technology projects, including 3 major science and technology projects, 1 innovation fund project, 3 projects of 863 Program, 1 science and technology support program and 2 national key R&D plans.
